StarKids: Chore Chart

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the StarKids: Chore Chart application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

StarKids is a family-oriented mobile application that helps parents create chore routines, track progress, and reward children with a star-based system. The App includes features such as routine management, reward tracking, AI-powered parenting tips, progress reports, and a virtual pet companion.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

StarKids offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with full access:

• StarKids Pro Weekly: Auto-renewable weekly subscription providing unlimited access to all Pro features.
• StarKids Pro Monthly: Auto-renewable monthly subscription providing unlimited access to all Pro features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including using it for unlawful purposes, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with its functionality.

7. AI Features

The App includes AI-powered features that provide suggestions for informational purposes only and should not replace professional advice.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for parents. Children do not directly create accounts. All child-related data is managed by the parent account holder.

9. Intellectual Property

The App is owned by Mustafa Turkan and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through Settings. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
